Heard Mr.A.Thiyagarajan, learned Counsel for Revision Petitioners and Mr.P.Kottaichamy, learned Government Advocate for Respondent.

2. This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in paragraph no.9 in Crl.R.C. (MD)No.1086 of 2025 dated 18.08.2025.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.A.Thiyagarajan, learned Counsel appearing for Revision Petitioners, submitted that the 2/5

Revision Petitioners do not propose to press the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition and want to withdraw the same. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the affidavit filed in support of this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

4. Mr.P.Kottaichamy, learned Government Advocate for Respondent, stated that he had no objection to the prayer made by the learned Counsel for Revision Petitioners.

5. In view of the submissions and the endorsement made by learned Counsel for Revision Petitioners, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
