This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned order passed by the second respondent dated 03.12.2024 in R.C.No.618-1/2019 (GR) (Mines).
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.
3. On perusal of the order impugned in this writ petition revealed that there is a statutory appeal provision before the first respondent as against the order impugned in this writ petition. Therefore, when there is a statutory appeal provision is very much available, the writ petition cannot be maintainable under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
4. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file an appeal before the first respondent in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
