Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in in Crl OP(MD) No.15178 of 2025 dated 29.10.2025 is hereby fully relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
