Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the entire records relating to the impugned order of detention made in detention Order No. B.C.D.F.G.I.S.S.S.V. No:55 of 2024 dated 26.12.2024 on the file of the District Collector and District Magistrate, Madurai District, Madurai, the 2nd respondent herein, branding the detenu by name, Hariharan @ Akash, S/o. Ramajeyam, aged about 24 years as 'Drug Offender' who is now confined in the Central Prison, Madurai, Madurai District, and quash the imugned order of detention and set the detenu at liberty by producing the detenu before this Court.
