This Criminal Original petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.76 of 2017 dated 08.05.2017.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that based upon the complaint given by the petitioner dated 08.05.2017, a case was registered in Crime No.76 of 2017 under Sections 147, 294(b), 324, 506(1) and 379 IPC, but sofar, final report has not been filed.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that the investigation is under progress and three months time may be granted for filing final report.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report
within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of.
