ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under sections 494, 498 A and 506(i) of I.P.C, r/w.511 of IPC in Crime No.19 of 2015, seek anticipatory bail.

2.This is the second application. Earlier application was dismissed on 02.07.2015.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that even as per the defacto complainant, the first accused had entered into an a marriage agreement with the defacto complainant on 26.06.2014, the contents would reveal that the marriage solemnized by the defacto complainant and the first accused was not informed to the parents of the first accused and thereby she agreed to reside in her parental home till their in-laws give consent for the marriage; that the case was registered based on the complaint dated 11.02.2015 and in the complaint, there is absolutely no allegation against the accused Nos.2 to 5. He would further submit that the accused Nos.

2 to 5 have no knowledge about the marriage of the first accused and defacto complainant and therefore, their application for anticipatory bail can be considered and he is not pressing for the first accused. 4.Heard the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side). 5.Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners 2 to 5 on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the petitioners 2 to 5 are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur, Madurai District and on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners 2 to 5 shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for the purpose of interrogation. The petitioners 2 to 5 shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C., scrupulously. 6.In respect of the first petitioner is concerned, this petition is dismissed as not pressed.

7. The petitioners 2 to 5 shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
