This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed to the petitioner in Crl.O. P.(MD)No.13997 of 2025 dated 25.08.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the order regularly.

4. In view of the aforesaid submission, the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13997 of 2025 dated 25.08.2025 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
