ORDER

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to register the case based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 23.01.2017.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is cultivating the land measuring about 2.07 Acres, situated in S.F.No.92/1, at Kallur Village, Musiri Taluk, Trichy District. He has further submitted that the said land originally belonged to Balathandayuthapani Temple Trust, Ayyampalayam, Musiri Taluk and that being so, on 19.12.2016, the proposed accused persons forcibly trespassed into the said land and they cut "Karuvelam" trees worth about Rs.1 Lakh and removed the same and also criminally intimidated the petitioner by using filthy https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

language and hence, the petitioner has lodged the complaint before the second respondent on 23.01.2017. But, so far no action has been taken.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) has submitted that after receipt of the complaint, an enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed on 18.02.2018 as the dispute is civil in nature.

5. Recording the aforesaid submission, the petition is disposed of. It is open to the petitioner to avail any other remedy which is available under the law.
