ORDER

(1)The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 14.10.2025, made in Crl.A.(MD).No.1056/2025.

(2)The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court, vide order dated 14.10.2025, granted bail to the petitioner, by directing him to stay at Kanchipuram, and report before the Inspector of Police, Big Kanchipuram Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner is complying with the aforesaid condition till date. The learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner is the native of Karur and that, the stay of the petitioner at Kanchipuram, is causing great hardship to the petitioner and he is also facing health issues due to unemployment, inadequate food and shelter and hence, seeks relaxation of the aforesaid condition. (3)The learned Government Advocate [Crl.Side] appearing for the respondent affirmed the fact of compliance of the aforesaid conditional order by the petitioner till date. The learned Government Advocate [Crl.Side] further submitted that the petitioner has got no previous cases.

(4)Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record. (5)Considering the fact that the petitioner is complying with the conditional order dated 14.10.2025, till date, this Court is of the view that the condition imposed on the petitioner, be modified. (6)Accordingly, the petition is ordered and the petitioner is directed to report before the 2nd respondent police, namely, the Inspector of Police, Vangal Police Station, Karur District, on every alternate Mondays at 10.30 a.m., until further orders The other conditions imposed in the order dated 14.10.2025 remain unaltered.
