ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition No.6(b) imposed by this Court in CRL OP(MD). No.20130 of 2025, dated 14.11.2025 that 1/4

the petitioner shall report before the Dean of Ramanathapuram Government Hospital daily at 10.30 am and shall do social service at the said hospital till 4.00 pm for a period of one week.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was arrested and released on bail with a condition to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. Therefore, he is unable to comply with the order to do social service at the Government Hospital, Ramanathapuram.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to do social service at the Government Hospital, Ramanathapuram for a period of one week and the same shall be reported before this Court. He shall report at the hospital from 11.30 a.m. and shall do social service at the said hospital till 4.00 p.m., after appearing before the respondent Police at 10.30 a.m. The remaining conditions 2/4

imposed by this Court shall remain unaltered.
