ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi to expedite the trial in C.C. No.189 of 2020 and conclude the same within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the case is at the stage of examination of witnesses.

3. Under such circumstances , there shall be a direction to the learned learned Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi to dispose the case pending in CC No.189 of 2020 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance to this court after completion of the proceedings.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
