Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for R1. 2.The petitioner's uncle filed O.S.No.148 of 2021 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Pattukottai. An interim order of injunction said to have been granted in his favour. The petitioner alleges that the private respondent is breaching the said injunction order.

3.If that be so, in the suit, the petitioner has filed any petition for punishing the person for disobeying the injunction order, the jurisdictional District Munsif, Pattukottai shall dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty to the petitioner.
