PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to direct the Principal Subordinate Judge, Pudukkottai, to expedite the proceedings pending in O.S.No.143/2016 and dispose the same within the time stipulation as prescribed by this Court.

ORDER

The plaintiff in O.S.No.143 of 2016, on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Pudukottai, has filed the present revision petition seeking expeditious disposal of the suit.

2.A perusal of the records reveal that the above said suit had been filed for the relief of partition and separate possession. 3.A perusal of "B" diary extract reveals that the suit is posted for trial from September 2024 onwards.

4.Considering the fact that the suit is of the 2016, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit on or before 31.12.2025. 5.With the above said observations, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
