O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent to expedite the investigation and file the final report in Crime No.5 of 2016.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that based upon the complaint given by the petitioner dated 03.07.2016, the case was registered in Crime No.5 of 2016 under Sections 120 B, 406 and 420 IPC, but sofar, final report has not been filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that the investigation is under progress and he seeks three months time for filing final report.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and file a final report within a period of three months.
