ORDER

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner had filed this petition for Writ of Mandamus, seeking direction against the Respondents 1 to 3 1/3

to provide adequate Police protection to the life and limb of the Petitioner as per his representation dated 29.12.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions of the Respondents 1 to 3 would submit that based on the representation of the Petitioner, enquiry was conducted in current paper R3/08/317/2024 and the same was closed.

3. The Petitioner is directed to obtain appropriate orders invoking the powers of the Civil Court, as (*)the Petitioner's father had obtained a decree in his favour and the Court concerned itself had executed a sale deed in his favour and possession also taken by him. In continuation of the same, the Petitioner is directed to obtain police protection by filing appropriate execution petition before the very same Court which granted the decree. The Civil Court shall pass appropriate orders on such petition.
