ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioners and their family members under the guise of enquiry, based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has submitted that the second petitioner is the husband of the first petitioner and the second petitioner was working in the fourth respondent's fruit shop and since the fourth respondent failed to give his salary for three months continuously, the second petitioner stopped from attending the said shop and now the fourth respondent gave a false complaint, based on the said complaint, the third respondent is harassing the petitioners.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) has submitted that so far, no complaint has been received from the fourth respondent against the petitioners and hence the question of harassing the petitioners does not arise.

4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
