ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to give police protection to the petitioner and his family members.
2. Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that the enquiry on the representation submitted by the petitioner on 11.01.2021 is pending.
3. In the circumstances, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the second respondent is directed to dispose of the representation, dated 11.01.2021 submitted by the petitioner, based on findings and on merits, after giving notice to the responents 3 and 4, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order / uploading of the order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
