O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent, the Inspector of Police, Kadayam Circle, Tirunelveli District, to file a final report in Crime No.199 of 2015.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that based upon the complaint given by the petitioner dated 22.08.2015, the case was registered in Crime No.199 of 2015 under Sections 420, 465, 468, 147, 294(b), 120(b) and 506(ii) IPC, but sofar, final report has not been filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that the investigation is under progress and he seeks three months time for filing final report.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and file a final report within a period of three months.

5. With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of.
