2. When the matter was taken up on 19.04.2023, as the Appellants'

counsel have not ready to argue the matter, the Second Appeal was dismissed for non-prosecution with cost of Rs.1,00,000/- payable by the appellants to the Registry.

3. On payment of the said cost, this petition is taken on file. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

4. Accepting the reasons stated in the affidavit, this petition is allowed and delay is condoned.
