This petition is filed to set aside the order dated 30.06.2014 in Crl.O.P.No.11897 of 2014, thereby, this Court granted police protection to the third respondent.
2.It is seen from the records that police protection has been given to the third respondent by order dated 30.06.2014. Now, 4-1/2 years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. 3.In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
