Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.SELVENDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.SUDEVKUMKAR,Senior Public Prosecutor for CBI CASES for the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.9372 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16136 of 2018, dated 14.11.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 14.11.2018, made in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.9372 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.16136 of 2018, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in every month, until further orders.
