ORDER

The present petition is filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of an enquiry by interfering with the matrimonial dispute between the first petitioner and the third respondent.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 & 2, on instructions, would submit that the complaint lodged by the third respondent was registered in Crime No.1415 of 2020 of Thuraiyur Police Station and the petitioners were also asked to appear for enquiry by the concerned police.

3.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to follow the guidelines issued in the decision in D.K.Basu Vs. State https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
