Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to take action against the third respondent their officials and their henchmen from demanding the petitioner to repay the loan due amount for his Ford Endower Car, bearing Registration No.TN 64 T 1787 which occurred due to Moratorium announced by the first respondent because of COVID-19.

ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 2.The petitioner had availed loan from the third respondent Bank. It appears that on account of COVID-19 pandemic situation, he was unable to repay the installments.

W.P.(MD)No.1588 of 2021 3.The allegation of the petitioner is that the third respondent is sending goondas. In this regard, the petitioner is said to have given some complaints before the second respondent and it appears that FIR has already been registered. It is for the petitioner to pursue the same.

4.The petitioner wants this Court to direct the first respondent to take action in this matter. It is entirely for the first respondent to take note of the petitioner's complaint and take whatever action as he deems fit. It is not for this Court to issue any positive direction in this regard.

5.The Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
