2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly till date.

4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed on the petitioners is hereby

relaxed. However, the petitioner shall be available, as and when required by the respondent.
