ORDER:- This Writ Petition coming under the caption for reporting compliance on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the earlier order of this court and upon hearing the arguments of Ms. S.Vasuki, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Thiru. P.Thilakkumar, Government Pleader on bealf of the Respondents, this Court made the following order: "This matter is listed today under the caption "for reporting compliance".
2. This Court, by order dated 23.01.2024, has dismissed the writ petition with cost of Rs.25,000/- payable by the petitioner to the credit of High Court Legal Services Authority on or before 07.02.2024.
3. It is seen that the petitioner has not paid the cost and even no receipt has been filed by the petitioner for payment of the said cost amount.
4. Therefore, the respondents shall take necessary action for recovery of the cost amount from the petitioner under the Tamil Nadu Revenue Recovery Act, 1864."
