PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned suspension order passed by the 2nd respondent in Se.Mu.No.Tha1/3878/2022 dated 25.05.2022 and also the rejection order in Na.Ka.Tha1/3878/2022 dated 20.07.2023 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents revoke the suspension of the petitioner and reinstate him in any of the non-sensitive post in light of the G.O.Ms.No. 81, (Human Resource Management (N) Department), dated 04.08.2022 with all consequential benefits within the time stipulated by this Court.
