ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner except due process of law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that one Kanimozhi has paid school fees to Ishethra International Residential School, Karur and that subsequently, she had demanded to return the amount and on the basis of the complaint given by the said Kanimozhi, the petitioner was directed to appear before them, but she has not turned up.

3. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is ready to appear before the concerned police.

4. Recording the submissions made on either sides, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent and on such 2/4

appearance, the second respondent is directed to conduct the enquiry and take suitable action in accordance with law.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
