ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent not to harass the petitioners. It is brought to the notice of the Court that the matter has been transferred to the CBCIDand the same has been re-registered in Crime No.1 of 2015. These petitioners are also arrayed as accused in the said crime number. Therefore, since the First Information Report is pending against the petitioners, this petition is not maintainable.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the petition to quash the first information report has been filed. The petitioners can independently pursue the said petition.

3. For the reasons stated above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
