ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct second respondent to complete the investigation of Crime No.211 of 2018 and file a final report within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

2.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 and would submit that the investigation, in Crime No.211 of 2018 of Kanyakumari police station, has been completed, charge sheet made ready and sought one week time to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

3.Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, the second respondent is directed to file a final report / referred charge sheet as the case may be in Crime No.211 of 2018 within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of the order.
