ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.22 of 2014 on the file of the 2nd respondent police within a period that may be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court. 2.Heard thhe learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing on behalf of the State.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court considers it appropriate to direct the second respondent to file final report in Crime No.22 of 2014 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
