O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents, to register the case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 24.01.2018.

2.Heard Mr.V.Selva, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Prabu Ramachandran, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner's brother and one Thangapandi are friends. They were running a business. He further submitted that the petitioner is in no way connected with the said business. However, the said Thangapandi came to the petitioner's mill and demanded to discharge the loan, which was obtained by the petitioner's brother and the petitioner refused to pay the same. Hence, the said Thangapandi and his henchmen physically assaulted the petitioner and caused injuries. He further submitted that with regard to the aforesaid occurrence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 24.01.2018, but sofar, no action has been taken.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that after receipt of the complaint CSR.No.22 of 2018, has been issued and after enquiry the same was closed on 28.02.2018. 5.Recording the aforesaid said submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. It is open to the petitioner to workout any other remedy, which is available under the law.
