ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 09.01.2020 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he has painted some of the pictures in his compound wall and the respondent police are harassing the petitioner to remove the painting from his house.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police have not harassed the petitioner to remove the picture from his house.

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
