RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to pass an order relaxing the Anticipatory bail condition imposed on him by an order of this Honourable Court made in Crl.OP(MD) No.22954/2018 dated 27.12.2018 in connection with Cr.No.292/2018 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Palavoor Police Station, Tirunelveli District forthwith.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.PALANI VELAYUTHAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in the above said Crl.O.P., dated 27/12/2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly till date.

4. Taking into consideration of the submission made by both the counsels, the condition imposed on the petitioner is hereby relaxed.

However, the petitioner shall be available, as and when required by the respondent.
