ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second and third respondents police not to harass the petitioner in the guise of investigation pertaining to Crime No.157 of 2019 on the file of the second respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is an accused in Crime No.157 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 147, 341, 283 and 353 I.P.C registered by the respondent police. He would further submit that the respondent police completed the investigation in Crime No. 157 of 2019 and also filed a final report and the petitioner has also been shown as an absconding accused.
