Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent.

2.The petitioner is A2 in C.C.No.68 of 2021 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nanguneri, Tirunelveli District. Though the Calender Case is of very recent vintage, the FIR is of the year 2018.

3.As rightly pointed out by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is aged about 21 years and pendency of the case may hamper his career prospects. It is for this reason, he wants speedy disposal.

4.Though I do not know the work load of the Court below, still in the interest of justice, I request the learned Trial Magistrate to dispose of C.C.No.68 of 2021 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
