Perumal Temple situated at Alamaruthupatti Village, Thiruthangal Via, Sivakasi Taluk, Virudhunagar District by bringing the temple under the supervision of the HR and CE Department and directing the respondents 1 to 3 to obtain the entire Thiruppani Funds and accounts from the respondents 4 and 5 and take appropriate action as well as criminal action against the respondents 4 and 5 by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 24.12.2024.

Heard Dr.C.Guhaseelarupan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.P.Subbaraj, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.V.Maharajan, learned counsel for the respondents 4 & 5.
2. The Writ Petition is filed praying for a Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to appoint Fit Person to conduct the Kumbabishekam scheduled to be conducted on 02.02.2025 to Sri Lakshmi Narayana Perumal Temple situated at Alamaruthupatti Village, Thiruthangal Via, Sivakasi Taluk, Virudhunagar District by bringing the temple under the supervision of the HR and CE Department and directing the respondents 1 to 3 to obtain the entire Thiruppani Funds and accounts from the 2/5
respondents 4 and 5 and take appropriate action as well as criminal action against the respondents 4 and 5 by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 24.12.2024.
3. It is to be noted that the petitioner has made a representation to respondents 1 to 3 expressing his grievances. In view of the same, since the petitioner's representation is pending with the official respondents and considering that the Temple is not a listed Temple, the third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.12.2024 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, respondents 4 and 5, and any other interested parties, as expeditiously as possible.
4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
