ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner and his family member under the guise of enquiry based on the Crime Nos.239, 240 and 241 of 2022, on the file of the second respondent.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner has been shown as witness in three cases, which were registered in Crime Nos.239, 240 and 241 of 2022, on the file of the second respondent, under the provisions of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. He would further submit that the first respondent has only issued summons to the petitioner directing him to appear for enquiry and that question of harassing the petitioner does not arise.
