SA(MD)SR.No.36557 of 2014 : against the Judgement and decree passed in A.S.No.8 of 2013 on the file of Additional Subordinate Court, Tirunelveli dated 26/03/2014 confirming the Judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.218 of 2009 on the file of 1st Additional District Munsif Court, Tirunelveli dated 13/07/2012.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.P.SENTHIL, Advocate for the petitioner the Court made the following order:- By order dated 08.01.2016, this Court directed the petitioners to pay a sum of Rs.200/- (Rupees Two Hundred Only) towards costs to the Legal Aid Services Committee, attached to this Bench. The said condition has been complied with. The learned counsel for the petitioners has also produced a cost memo. Hence, the petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.
