Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the respondent No.1 to conduct further investigation by reopening the case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 24.05.2011 and investigate the same under supervision of the first respondent and pass such further or other orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondent No.1 to conduct further investigation by reopening the case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 24.05.2011 and investigate the same under supervision of the first respondent. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that the complaint has been closed as 'mistake of fact' on 28.02.2015.

3. Considering the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to work out remedy including private complaint.
