O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent, to complete the investigation and to file a final report as stipulated by this Court in Crime No.1713 of 2017.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that based upon the complaint given by the petitioner dated 08.09.2017, the case was registered in Crime No.1713 of 2017 under Sections 120 B, 294(b), 509, 34 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the TamilNadu Prohibition of Harassment of Woman Act, 2002, but sofar, final report has not been filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that the investigation is under progress and he seeks three months time for filing final report.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the respondent is

directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report within a period of three months.

5. With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of.
