ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry, based on the complaint given by the third respondent. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner and the third respondent are adjacent land owners and since there is a dispute with regard to pathway, the petitioner herein has filed a suit in O.S.No.92 of 2016 before the District Munsif Court, Sivakasi, for the relief for mandatory injunction and declaration, and that being so, the third respondent gave a false complaint against the petitioner and based on the said complaint the second respondent is harassing the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) has submitted

that after receipt of the complaint from the third respondent, the second respondent has issued C.S.R.No.37 of 2018 and after enquiry the said complaint has been closed as "It is civil dispute". 4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
