ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to transfer the investigation in CSR No.221/2019, dated 07.10.2019, pending on the file of the second respondent to any other police station or any other investigation agency and further to conduct transparent investigation under the supervision of the first respondent.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, CSR.No.221 of 2019 came to be registered on 07.10.2019 and that since the petitioner was not co-operating with the enquiry, the same is pending. He would further submit that subsequently, he has given another complaint to the first respondent and the same was also forwarded to the second respondent.

3.Recording the said submission, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and follow the dictum laid down in the case of Lalita Kumari Vs.
