ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A2, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b) and 506(i) IPC in Crime No.125 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the de-facto complainant was scolded and threatened by the accused.

3. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case and the first accused got anticipatory bail from this Court.

4. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that the respondent has completed the investigation and also laid the charge sheet and the same was taken on file in S.T.C.No.2877 of 2014 by showing as absconding accused.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, with certain conditions.

6. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of his arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni, and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. for period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

7.
