This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the second respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute between the parties based on the complaint given by the third respondent. 2.Mr.T.SenthilKumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that the complaint lodged by the third respondent with the second respondent against the petitioner was registered in C.No.G3/4228/30242/2023 and C.No. 407/DCB-II/DGI/2023 and after enquiry, the same were closed. 3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
