[Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] We have heard Mr.S.C.Herold Singh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Baskaran, learned Government Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

2. The petitioner seeks for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to remove the encroachment and hindrance made in the Eesanthimangalam to Gnanadhasapuram Road in re-survey No.237 of Eesanthimangalam Melur South Village, Thovalai Taluk, Kanyakumari District, by considering his representation dated 01.01.2020.

3. It appears that there is some personal interest between the petitioner and the respondents 4 to 9 for filing this litigation.

4. In any event, there appears to be sufficient pathway available. However, if the Authorities still feel that there is any hindrance to the free movement of the public, appropriate action can be initiated, for which, no direction is required. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
