The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner by this Court vide order dated 30.10.2018 made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.19099 of 2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police once in a week i.e on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
