Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING ORDER :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.3, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of I.P.C., in Crime No.544 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatorty bail.

2. According to the de-facto complainant, viz, Vijay, he availed loan from Shriram City Finance Limited for purchasing a car bearing Reg.No.TN68-D-1234 and he was payin instalments regularly. While so, on 08.06.2015, the petitioners came to the house of the de-facto complainant and under the guise of checking the condition of the vehicle, they obtained key and taken away the car to there custody.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case and the co-accused viz., A1 and A2 were already granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.12758 of 2015 dated 09.072015.

4. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of his arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tuticoring and on his executing a bond for a sumk of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

police daily at 10.00 a.m. For a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C Scrupulously.
