ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct the enquiry by considering the petitioner's protest petition dated 09.09.2024 for not to register the property comprised in Survey No. 223/1A, Sakkarakottai Revenue Village, Ramanathapuram Taluk, Ramanathapuram District.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. If any document presented for registration in respect of the property comprised in Survey No. 223/1A, situated at Sakkarakottai Revenue Village, Ramanathapuram Taluk, Ramanathapuram District, by the third respondent, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner as well as the third respondent and after conducting enquiry and objections raised by the petitioner, after hearing both sides, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law. 2/4
