Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.VENKATESAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.
2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner by this Court vide order dated 27.12.2018 made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.22946 of 2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police once in a week i.e on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
