ORDER

The present revision petition has been filed by the petitioner in H.M.O.P.No.21 of 2022 on the file of Family Court, Kannyakumari at 1/4

Nagercoil seeking expeditious disposal of her divorce petition.

2. A perusal of the B-Diary extract reveals that when the case is posted for trial, the petitioner has filed I.A.No.4 of 2024 for reception of additional documents. Since the respondent/husband has not filed his counter in the said application, H.M.O.P.No.21 of 2022 being adjourned.

3. Considering the above said facts, the Family Court, Kannyakumari at Nagercoil is directed to dispose of I.A.No.4 of 2024 in H.M.O.P.No.21 of 2022 on or before 30.04.2025.

4. With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
